His experience also extends to advisory and investment roles with the Rowan Innovation Venture Fund and Broad Street Angels, where he leads the group’s Blockchain and Emerging Technologies division, helping entrepreneurs translate complex innovation into commercial opportunity.

Victoria Rothwell is a creative communications strategist who enables organizations to communicate with precision and strategic intent. As a founding partner of Houston Rothwell, she leads the firm’s work in organizational communications and culture, ensuring that external communication and public perception aligns with strategic goals, as well as how the internal communication structures influences performance. Her work integrates brand identity, communication systems, executive positioning, and technical narrative translation with the operational structures that drive performance, creating clarity, alignment, and consistency across both internal teams and external audiences.
She also focuses on working directly with founders on investor readiness and translating complex technical and strategic concepts into clear, structured narratives for investors, partnerships, and market engagement. Her entrepreneurial experience, combined with her background in social and behavioral psychology, brings a systems-level operational perspective that connects strategy, messaging, behavior, and performance.
